For one week, we’ll prioritize hydration together, incorporating two powerhouse drinks—okra water (for digestion and skin health) and cucumber strawberry water (for hydration and antioxidants). This challenge is about consistency, fun, and building better hydration habits in a supportive community.

 ✅ 4 glasses of water

1 glass of okra water (for digestion, hydration & gut health)

2 glass of cucumber strawberry water (for freshness, antioxidants & energy boost)


Each day, you’ll get an interactive prompt from me to help you stay motivated, plus a fun way for us to engage with each other during the challenge!

How to Make Okra Water


To make okra water, you soak okra in water overnight, then strain the water. Some people drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 


Ingredients: 4-5 Fresh or frozen okra and water. 


Method 

  1. Wash and slice 4-5 okra.

  2. Soak the okra in water overnight in a container with a lid.

  3. Refrigerate the okra water.

  4. In the morning, remove the okra and strain the water.

  5. Squeeze any remaining sap from the okra pods and add it to the water.


Optional additions 

  • Lemon, warm water, and honey for flavor

  • Pineapple juice

  • Chia seeds



 


How to Make Cucumber & Strawberry Water


Ingredients: 1/2 cucumber sliced, 1-2 fresh or frozen strawberries and water. 


Method

  1. Add the sliced cucumbers to a large pitcher, water bottle or jar.

  2. Pour in the water and stir well.

  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  4. Keep the water refrigerated.

  5. Serve with or without ice.

  6. Drink within 3 days.
