I’m Tara "CaribGem" Lewis of CGemSpeaks, LLC, Executive Director, multimedia specialist, and self-care strategist with over 15 years of experience. I built and led a 24/7 online radio station (W.O.W Radio), helped indie artists get global exposure, and supported dozens of entrepreneurs in launching their podcasts and personal brands.

But I don’t just teach people how to show up—I teach them how to do it without losing themselves. As a homeschooling mom of 4 and long-time community leader, I know the struggle of balancing purpose and burnout. That’s why I created a unique space where self-care and storytelling work hand in hand.

Through coaching, digital resources, events, and podcast strategy, I help overwhelmed women and creative entrepreneurs reclaim their time, voice, and peace—on their terms. I don't just talk self-care—I live it, lead with it, and teach others to build with it.
