The Recipe
Serves: 2-4
Prep Time: 8 minutes
Blend Time: 5-10 minutes
Ingredients
1 cup blueberries
2 cups strawberries
1 cup ice
1 cup water or
1 tsp ginger (fresh or ground)
Optional Boost:
A handful of kale or spinach for extra nutrients 🌿
Switch the water with apple juice or pineapple juice.
🍽️ Directions
In a high-powered blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
